We will discuss which stars were used for early navigation, creating accurate calendars, and determining time of day. We will also discuss briefly the historical scientific equipment that was used to aid early civilizations on the reading of the stars. **This class has been postponed to March 26th**

Cardio Soul Line Dance

This is a high intensity workout, including line dancing. In this class, you will burn calories dancing to Hip-hop R&B and soul music. Wear comfortable shoes or sneakers and bring a water bottle. Beginners are welcome.
Heartsaver Child & Infant CPR AED

The American Heart Association's Heartsaver Child and Infant CPR/AED course is designed to prepare people to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) use in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting.
