Immerse yourself in the food and language of Italy in this two-part course. In session one you will learn to make (and eat) "Bucatini al Americana." Session two you will make "Orecchiette con le Cime di Rapa." In addition to authentic Italian recipes, you will learn some Italian phrases from the "Real Italian." Join us for two evenings of fun and food.

Pepper Jam

Spice up your life with a jam you can use on a variety of foods. This class taught by a member of the University of Maine Cooperative Extension will go through all the steps of making pepper jam and discussing how it can be used because even though pepper is an ingredient, the jam will not be hot.
