Chair Yoga

Chair yoga lets students do basic stretches while remaining seated. While it is one way to become more familiar with yoga if a student struggles with getting up and down from the floor, the class is open to adults of different ability levels. Wear comfortable clothes for exercise. The class will be held at Chill Yoga 178 Lisbon Street Lewiston.

CPR, First Aid, & AED

This course follows the guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association for heartsaver CPR (adult, child, infant, and AED). Participants will learn to assess the patient, send someone to call for help and retrieve the AED, and do cycles of compressions and breaths to help save a life. A course textbook and certification card are included as part of the program. This class is designed for lay rescues encountered by non-healthcare providers. There is an additional $5 lab fee as lunch will be provided.
