This is a six-week class for people who want to learn how to better manage their pain, deal with frustration, fatigue, poor sleep and isolation. Students will also learn appropriate exercises for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility, endurance, and tehcniques for pacing activity and rest.

This exercise class uses a variety of stretches to strengthen and tone your muscles. Students will need to bring a yoga mat or blanket, and a small towel to class.

Spiritual Metaphysics: Heart-Based Living

See how we are all connected and experience personal guidance, heart intelligence, inner peace and well-being. This new level of awareness, combined with scientifically validated techniques and research, will enable you to create heart coherence within yourself while radiating to your environment.

Strength and Cardio II

Continue the cardio exercise and strength training in the second part of this class. Strength and Cardio I is not a prerequisite. Students need to bring their own 5-pound weights, a mat and a water bottle to class.

Zumba Toning

Students are required to bring light weights or toning sticks to this one-hour class that combines the uptempo moves of Zumba with focuses on muscle groups. Class will include a warm up, a cooldown and a stretch.
