Have you ever noticed people comment on your looks when you are wearing certain colors? Learn how to look healthier and more attractive by dressing for your eye, hair, skin coloring and face shape. Students will be draped in colors to demonstrate how choosing the right shades impacts their appearance. Participants will also learn about the most flattering glasses, hairstyles, and necklines for their features.

Do you have a lot of clothes in your closet but still feel like you have nothing to wear? Do you dislike shopping because you're not sure what looks good on you? In this interactive class, you'll determine your body type and face shape and learn tips for the most flattering clothing styles and necklines for your features. Bring a smartphone to take pictures and a pen and paper for notes.

Zumba Toning

Enjoy the fun of a Zumba class with the added bonus of toning using light weights. Each muscle group will be worked out during this 60-minute cardio class. You can bring your own weights but the instructor will have a few available. Weights should be between 1 to 3 lbs, something that you can hold and control comfortably throughout class.

This class will teach you how to stay emotionally healthy, learn techniques for self-care, and gain the skills to be able to say "no." Students will be informed of additional resources and books in order to continue their work.
