Each week, instrctuor Heidi Audet will guide students in breathing practices known as Pranayama, which helps to calm the mind and prepare students for guided meditation practice. No prior experience necessary. This four-week class class will be held at Kimball Street Studios, 191 Lisbon St. in Lewiston.
