CPR, First Aid, & AED

This course follows the guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association for Heartsaver CPR (adult, child, infant, and AED). Participants will learn to assess the patient, send someone to call for help and retrieve the AED, do cycles of compressions and breaths to help save a life. A course textbook and certification card are included as part of the program. This class is designed for lay rescues encountered by non-healthcare providers. The lab fee covers the cost of lunch.

Piloxing

Piloxing is a mix between pilates and boxing. This exercise blends the power of aerobics, the sculpting and flexibility of pilates, and the toning of boxing all with the fun of dance. It is an interval format to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular health. No prior boxing, pilates or dance experience is required. Come dressed in workout attire or loose clothing. This class is intended to be barefoot, but you can wear socks with treads or shoes if you prefer. Please bring a towel, yoga mat, and water. This class will take place at Montello Elementary School 407 East Avenue Lewiston.
